Jirka Vávra specialises in business strategy, leadership and the psychology of change. He spent six years leading Deloitte NEXT, where he focused on innovation and marketing, before becoming Creative Director at Etnetera Motion. Today, he runs his own consulting boutique, CoMojo. Working with some of the biggest brands in the market, Jirka combines business expertise with creativity and a deep understanding of human behaviour. He puts this knowledge into practice not only as a therapist at Budedobre.cz, but also through his podcast, Leadership Film Characters, and as a member of the Red Button community. His work has earned him several industry awards.
