Andrew Cousin is a British lecturer with an MBA specialising in strategic planning and change management. Before entering academia, he built a successful career in organisational development, government service and multinational business environments. In the 1990s, he led large-scale change programmes for governmental institutions and later managed strategic restructuring projects at Exxon, including oversight of a 300 million USD inventory division. From 2010, he served as Dean of Online Masters Programmes at the London School of Business and Finance, where he oversaw seven postgraduate programmes, a team of international academics and a turnover of 15 million GBP. He transformed the school's online education model into a fully accredited, video-based interactive learning platform for more than 2,400 students. He has been teaching Business and Business English since 2008, both in Europe and Asia, with experience at levels 3 to 7 and K6 to K12. He has worked in multilingual and multicultural environments and is known for his strategic mindset, leadership skills and passion for student development.
