Ing. Adam Polášek

At NEWTON University, Ing. Adam Polášek teaches seminars focused on marketing, particularly introductory brand management. He works with students interactively and encourages them to approach marketing topics from the perspective of companies, HR professionals and managers. His teaching connects theory with practice and develops skills applicable in real business environments. He values the friendly atmosphere at NEWTON, the professionalism of lecturers and the curiosity of students. Outside academia, he works as an Employer Brand Manager at innogy. Previously, he gained experience at the recruitment agency Grafton Recruitment. He has received awards such as Fair Employer, Employer of the Year and TOP Employer. During his time at innogy, he has delivered numerous successful marketing campaigns.
