Martin Cenek specialises in four key areas of corporate governance: strategic management, organisational structures, strategic marketing and business economics. In his teaching at NEWTON University, he focuses on developing students’ ability to succeed in real business environments by applying proven methods and tools of practical management. He values the university for the space it provides for professional self-realisation and for students’ strong motivation to grow and engage with new approaches to learning.
Alongside academia, he works as a consultant for business entities and considers every successfully resolved corporate case a professional achievement. He is also active in entrepreneurship and participates in an interdisciplinary project developing a methodology for applying game theory to strategic decision-making in corporate management from methodological, formal-mathematical and simulation perspectives.
