Ing. Mgr. Martina Zapletalová

Martina Zapletalová is a graduate of Psychology in Management at NEWTON University, where she has been teaching since 2023. She also serves as Head of the Centre for Applied Psychology and Lead Coordinator of the NEWTON Premium programme. Her academic and professional focus includes research on social competences, leadership, creativity and competency modelling, as well as the development of educational approaches that support the personal and professional growth of Premium students. She also completed a degree in Cultural Management at Masaryk University, which provided her with knowledge of the economic, legal and artistic aspects of cultural institutions and experience in public sector organisations. As part of her doctoral studies at the University of Defence, she focuses on leadership in security environments, diagnostic methods and the development of competencies in future leaders.
