Ing. Soňa Staňková, DiS., PCC

Soňa Staňková works in the field of empowerment coaching and leadership in both individual and team contexts. As an empowerment leader, she leads development projects and is the author of the em8POWER coaching model. From 2018 to 2022, she served as President of the Czech Chapter of ICF Global (International Coaching Federation). As the founder and CEO of the EMPOWERMENT Institute, she leads long-term transformational programmes (7 EP) for future coaches, leaders and individuals developing inner leadership. Her clients include organisations such as Coca-Cola, Česká spořitelna, IKEA, Notino, Unilever, Creditas Bank, IBM, the Via Foundation, the Tereza Maxová Foundation, the Ministry of Regional Development and others. At NEWTON University, she teaches psychosocial subjects with an emphasis on holistic and integrative approaches and their immediate application in practice. She specialises in coaching, group dynamics and self-leadership.
