A tailor-made programme for secondary school management. Strategic leadership, team dynamics, and strengthening school culture.
Regular meetings to share insights, spark inspiration, and connect headteachers, founders, and field experts.
A full-day event for secondary school students. Real business stories, interactive workshops, practical takeaways.
Modern pedagogy, teacher wellbeing, digital tools, leadership.
Meetings that are not only about interesting topics, but also about real conversations and sharing. Every month, we invite principals and representatives of secondary school management to a themed breakfast in Prague, Brno, or other cities. No pressure, no formalities—just a space for sharing challenges, inspiration, and best practices.
Each meeting has a guest who opens the topic, and then it's up to you: open discussion, questions, and new contacts.
The EDULeaders Club was created out of a need for a trustworthy environment where school leaders can meet as partners. We want to build a network of schools that support each other, strengthen leadership, and change education from within – step by step, together. Participation in the breakfasts is free and open to all schools that share similar values.
NEWTON University regularly brings lectures and workshops to secondary schools, opening up new perspectives on the world of business, leadership, marketing, and psychology for students. The topics are practical, modern, and tailored to the specific school and age of the students. We use lecturers from among experts as well as our students and graduates, who are able to inspire and entertain.
We want to show young people that college can be understandable, practical, and connected to the world they enjoy. We offer workshops both in person and online—free of charge or in partnership with the school. Just get in touch, and we'll arrange the content, date, and format.
Examples of lectures:
NEW GEN ACADEMY is an inspirational conference for high school students, held every year in Prague and Brno. Young people who have started their own businesses, lead successful projects, or are fulfilling unconventional career dreams take the stage. The aim of the event is to show that the courage to go your own way makes sense—and that college can be one of the tools to achieve this.
The conference combines short lectures, talk shows, and discussions with interesting guests. Schools can register for entire classes or smaller groups. There is a symbolic admission fee, and capacity is limited. NewGen is not about passive sitting – it is a day designed to kick-start action, thinking, and the first step.
The MBA Leadership in Education program is designed for anyone who wants to lead schools in a modern, effective, and humane way. The program combines the educational environment with proven business principles—you will learn how to work with strategic planning, team development, school marketing, and your own leadership. We emphasize practical application, sharing among participants, and mentoring.
The program is designed for principals, their deputies, and ambitious educators who want to one day lead a school, a small team, or a project. Classes are held in a blended format, in groups of 25, with maximum respect for participants' workloads. The goal of the program is not only to earn an MBA degree, but above all to gain a new way of thinking, courage, and specific tools for everyday practice. The Authentic Leadership Bootcamp training is part of the program.
Starting in 2026, we will offer schools continuing education courses for teaching staff (DVPP) focusing on leadership and management in education. The courses are designed not only for principals and deputy principals, but also for teachers who lead classes, teams of colleagues, or school projects. The content focuses on strategic thinking, communication, team motivation, working with data, and personal development. The courses are led by experienced school leaders, consultants, and experts in the fields of education and business.
Our goal is to support the professional growth of everyone who has an influence at school, regardless of their formal position. We offer courses in Prague, Brno, and online, with an emphasis on interactivity, real-life situations, and a safe environment for sharing. We believe that quality leadership can come from anywhere—from a principal or a teacher who can inspire others.
