Michal Beňo is a lecturer and researcher at the School of Business, Management & Technology. His teaching focuses on business management, e-working, and e-learning, while his research explores the intersections of technology, innovation, and learning. He has presented his findings at international conferences, been featured in podcasts, and published widely in both academic and popular media. As an experienced reviewer for academic journals, Michal contributes to the development of research in the fields of digital work and education. Before joining NEWTON University, he served as an Assistant Professor at VŠTE in České Budějovice, where he taught Intercultural Management and delivered online lectures on e-working. He also organised webinars for private and public institutions, offering an informed perspective on the advantages and challenges of both sectors. Beyond academia, Michal is active on LinkedIn as a recognised Mindsetter — inspiring others to embrace innovation and growth. In his teaching, he integrates mindset culture to foster a positive and supportive learning environment.
