Mgr. Kateřina Bořilová, BBA

Kateřina has been involved in HR from the very beginning of her professional career. She has worked in both large and small, Czech and international companies, gaining insights into different approaches to human resources management. At the same time, she became familiar with the work of personnel and consulting agencies. The combination of these experiences led her to establish her own agency, providing excellent services not only to companies but also to candidates. Over the course of her career, she has gone through several stages – from working independently, through managing employees, to her current model, where she brings in specialised professionals from her diverse and trusted network for specific projects. Because she cares about the future of the labour market, she also shares her expertise by teaching at a university.
