Mgr. Romana Žihlavčíková

Romana Žihlavčíková is a psychologist with extensive experience in leadership and project management across multiple sectors. She currently serves as Director and Expert Guarantor at kurzki.cz, where she also works as Head Lecturer and Team Leader, overseeing corporate courses and managing a team of instructors. In her previous role with Médecins Sans Frontières in the Czech Republic, she led the team responsible for events and communication strategies.
