The MUDIPLAT project (Multidimensional Diagnostic Platform and Methodology for Supporting the Development of Individuals’ Natural Potentials) focused on the development of so-called “Subtle Skills” – fine, natural abilities that cannot be acquired through traditional education but are essential for personal growth and effective decision-making. As part of the project, a methodology and an online diagnostic platform were created, enabling individuals to carry out a self-assessment of their natural potentials.

This work package ensured the overall management of the project, administrative support and effective communication among partners. It included setting up the schedule, continuous monitoring of task fulfilment and preparing regular reports for the grant provider. Coordination was carried out through regular online meetings and shared project tools, which made it possible to respond promptly to emerging challenges and ensure the smooth progress of all activities.
The purpose of this work package was to organise two in-person international meetings – the kick-off in Prague and the final one in Wroclaw – during which the key outputs were planned, reviewed and evaluated. In addition to the face-to-face meetings, monthly online meetings of the project team took place, where tasks were clarified, challenges addressed and implementation procedures refined.
NEWTON College implemented a comprehensive pilot training programme aimed at testing the newly developed methodology in practice. The training was conducted in four blocks and included pre-diagnostics, an intensive four-day outdoor programme focused on practical situations, subsequent individual consultations of the results, and final certification. Significant attention was devoted to developing abilities such as critical thinking, mindfulness and antifragility. The outcome was the training and certification of 20 lecturers (10 from the Czech Republic, 10 from Poland), who will be able to further disseminate the methodology among the target group of adults.
The main output of this work package, led by NEWTON College, was a professional methodology for the development of individuals’ natural potentials and an innovative online self-assessment platform. The platform creates a comprehensive individual profile of the user, which can be further developed within training activities. The methodology provides a detailed framework for working with the test results and is intended primarily for lecturers, mentors or career counsellors. Both outputs are available in CZ, PL and ENG and continue to be further developed even after the end of the project.
This work package focused on spreading the project results among both the professional and the general public. It included presentations on the websites of both institutions, communication through social media, and the organisation of a final international workshop. The project outputs were also presented in digital form, including promotional materials and video content. This activity contributed to raising awareness of the possibilities of diagnosing natural potential and motivated new users to engage with the platform and take part in follow-up activities.
