Lukáš Cikánek is the General Manager & Strategy Director at the agency Pickerly. He has long focused on data-driven marketing strategy (evidence-based marketing) and insights from behavioural science. In his work, he concentrates on how marketing truly contributes to business growth – that is, how to correctly combine brand building and performance marketing, how to work with customer behaviour data, and how to effectively manage marketing investments.
He has been working in marketing since 2013. During his career, he has contributed to marketing projects for companies in e-commerce, retail, B2B, SaaS, and services. He started as a digital advertising specialist at Seznam.cz, later managed digital communication for the Albert.cz retail chain, and subsequently worked at leading Prague digital agencies Marketup and Proficio, where he held roles ranging from marketing strategist to head of the Prague branch.
