The Accelerator was excellent not only for students but also for us, who already have some entrepreneurial experience behind us. Thanks to it and the great team around it, we gained many new insights, received a wealth of valuable feedback on our project, and gained the energy to push it further. To begin with, we would like to thank the NBA programme. The support and encouragement we received from both the core team and all the mentors were truly exceptional. We greatly appreciate their honesty and willingness to help us find ways to improve. Thanks to this, we were able to look at our project from a new perspective and over the past months make significant progress in its professionalisation, especially in the areas of marketing, PR and project management. The workshops were also a major benefit, helping us clarify issues such as financial planning and the amount of work needed to prepare the project for an investor. For us, it was such a valuable and enriching experience that we would wish it for anyone starting or developing their business.

What will always stay with me from the NBA, and what I tell everyone about NU/NBA, is to dive in fully and be as active as possible. Effort and hard work are valued in the NBA, the mentors notice it, and if you are motivated to achieve something and show gratitude, you will receive the right support from them. PS: The personal support from Mrs Margareta during the summer holidays is proof of that, and we truly appreciate it.

What I appreciate most about the accelerator is the chance to connect with real professionals who not only offer business advice, but also show their human side and support you when you need it. The accelerator is a great programme full of great people – and it’s the people who make it what it is. It’s one of the biggest added values of our university.
