The programme also includes consultations with experienced professionals who will guide you through key decisions. Our fund brings together investor capital and allocates it to selected projects led by talented individuals. You can receive up to 20 000 EUR to kick-start your idea, plus consultations and startup support.
We enter the company as minority shareholders with an investment horizon of 5 to 7 years. We belong to the 3Fs group (friends, family, fools). If your project succeeds, we eventually exit and return the yield to our investors – or you can buy our share back.

How to apply to NEWTON University Angels
- Do you have a business plan and need an investor to help you get started? Are you launching a business and looking for support? Get in touch with us.
- We are building on the NEWTON Business Accelerator programme – projects that emerged from it can now apply for their first investment. However, you can also apply with a business project that did not go through the accelerator.
- We will review your submitted project and give you feedback on what needs to be added. Together, we’ll fine-tune it into a form that’s ready to be presented to the investment committee. If you convince the investors, you’ll receive an investment of up to 20 000 EUR and us as a partner to help grow your business.
- Just send your application including your contact details and a brief description of your idea, project, or business plan. We will get back to you to discuss the next steps.
