Project Objective
The project is aimed at strengthening the quality of education, increasing the professional competencies of academic and non-academic staff, promoting student success and modernising the strategic management of the institution. Another key objective of the project is to increase the internationalisation of the study process, expand the range of teaching in English and intensify cooperation with foreign institutions. The project also seeks to enhance interest in studying at NEWTON College and to create a modern academic environment that reflects the current needs of students and staff.

- Staff training and development of academic staff competencies.
- Implementation of strategic management and quality education systems.
- Digitisation of study materials and expansion of English language teaching.
- Introduction and development of student counselling.
- Increasing access to educational materials for international students.
