Vladimír Borský works as a vocational training methodologist for the Police of the Czech Republic. He has been involved in direct teaching activities since 2014, focusing primarily on the education of new recruits as well as qualification courses for long-serving police officers. He also gains experience as the chairman of the non-profit organisation Neodkládej to, which focuses on awareness and prevention of domestic violence. He is a successful graduate of NEWTON University, and he was so impressed by the attitude of the academics that he wanted to become part of the academic community himself. He approaches teaching in the same way he would expect it as a student. The goal of each of his lectures is maximum practical benefit, and he continuously verifies with students whether that goal is being met. His professional focus also includes digitalisation and artificial intelligence (AI), employee training, supervision of final theses, and prevention activities within the E-Bezpečí initiative.
