PhDr. Kamil Polák

Kamil Polák has thirty years of experience with the Czech Ministry of the Interior, working in specialised intervention and operational activities, education, methodology development and human resources management. As a researcher at the Occupational Safety Research Institute, he focused on stress management and mental load. He is the founder of the Optima and Detoxikon projects, both recognised by EU-OSHA in the Good Practice competition as recommended and award-winning initiatives. He works as a consultant in psychological and physical resilience training for members of the security forces, national athletes and managers.
