PhDr. Marian Jelínek, Ph.D., is an ice hockey coach and mental coach who worked for more than a decade with the legendary Jaromír Jágr. Today, he coaches elite athletes, including tennis star Karolína Plíšková. His expertise, however, extends far beyond sport – he works closely with entrepreneurs and senior managers, providing executive coaching and inspiring through workshops and lectures. At NEWTON University, he serves as the professional guarantor of MBA and MSc programmes and teaches the Psychology for Managers specialisation.
