František Kašický is a highly experienced diplomat, former Minister of Defence of the Slovak Republic and an expert in international security, defence and foreign policy. He has extensive leadership experience at governmental, ministerial and diplomatic levels. He served as Minister of Foreign Affairs and as the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Slovak Republic to NATO, to the Kingdom of Norway and to the Republic of Iceland. His core expertise includes the management and implementation of international financial mechanisms. He acted as Ambassador with a special mandate for the EEA, Norway and Switzerland Financial Mechanisms and was a permanent member of the relevant monitoring committees. He also brings valuable practical experience from local government, having worked as a councillor, deputy mayor and mayor, and contributed to the education of municipal leaders. His deep knowledge focuses on economic diplomacy, diplomatic protocol, project financing, employee development, entrepreneurship and innovation in managerial practice.
