This work package focused on the overall management of the project and the coordination of all involved partners. The main tasks included setting up working procedures, ongoing monitoring of activity implementation, and managing financial and administrative processes. Emphasis was placed on effective team communication, regular reporting to the grant provider, and timely resolution of potential challenges to ensure the smooth progress of the entire project.
Mixed research teams from Poland, the Czech Republic, Kosovo and Albania will prepare a methodology, carry out data collection and analysis, and produce a joint report on the integration of SDGs in higher education.
Four two-day thematic workshops will strengthen academics’ skills in implementing the SDGs in practice: in Kosovo (SDG 3: Health and Well-being; SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth) and in Albania (SDG 5: Gender Equality; SDG 4: Quality Education). Each workshop makes use of interactive lessons, case studies and action plans.
A one-day online webinar for all workshop alumni is focused on partnerships for achieving the SDGs. The aim is to share good practices and deepen cooperation across institutions.
Comprehensive dissemination of results through the website, social media, press releases and local broadcasting (ATV), culminating in an online symposium with the participation of researchers and key stakeholders. Follow-up activities focus on integrating the SDGs into curricula, advanced training for academics, and student initiatives.
