STING University has a new Rector and Vice-Rector

STING University is undergoing significant changes. After several years at the helm of the institution, the outgoing Rector has handed over his role to his successor. The new Rector, Ing. Roman Brauner, Ph.D., MBA, LL.M., is now taking on responsibility for the university’s direction and future development. On this occasion, the former Rector, Assoc. Prof. Ing. Jiří Koleňák, Ph.D., MBA, LL.M., addressed the academic community with the following words:

“Every chapter has its beginning and end, and the time has come to pass the rector’s sceptre to my successor. I am confident that Roman Brauner, as the new Rector, will continue to fulfil our university’s vision and lead it toward further growth and development.”

Roman Brauner brings a vision of further modernisation, expanded cooperation with professionals and industry, and strengthening the prestige of the university’s study programmes.

And the changes don’t stop there. Ing. et Ing. Pavel Semerád, Ph.D., MBA has been appointed Vice-Rector for Educational Affairs. He will focus primarily on ensuring the best possible conditions for students at STING University.
