Admissions Process
ApplyThe admission process for the 2025/2026 academic year runs from November 2024 to the end of September 2025.
Applications submitted after this date will be handled individually based on available capacity.
Your journey to NEWTON University
1. Application
To begin your application, you need to fill in our online application form.
Next, we will ask you to prepare a short personal statement in the form of a video. Guidelines on how to prepare your video will be sent to you via email after you apply.
2. Interview
Selected applicants will be invited to a short online admissions interview with the NEWTON Admissions Team. The interview is usually online, and takes 20 – 30 minutes. During the interview, we will:
- talk about your motivation for studies, educational and professional background, and career plans/visions;
- discuss an academic article. The article will be sent to you at least 24 hours before the interview.
- answer any questions you might have about the admissions process or the programme
3. Contract
Following the interview, admitted students will be sent study contracts to sign. Signing a study contract is a condition for enrollment at NEWTON University. If needed, full support for the visa and nostrification processes will also be provided at this stage.
4. Payment
The tuition fee (at least the first instalment) is to be paid in 10 days after the contract is signed. You can pay the tuition fee either in Czech crowns (CZK) or in Euro (EUR) using the bank details below.

5. Enrollment
You will become a NEWTON University student on the first day of the semester, which is usually the last Monday of September.

Our admissions process is completely free of charge. After you successfully go through the admission steps and are accepted, the first payment should be made only after receiving and signing the study contract.
