You can always find all the important information about your studies in the NEWTON University Information System (hereafter referred to as IS NU) — you can find it at https://is.newton.university.

Classes in the summer semester 2023/24 start on 5 February and end on 28 April 2024. The specific start for individual study programmes and forms of study can be found in the IS in the Student Portal — Personal timetable section.
The Academic Year Timetable, which is updated each semester, is also a useful source of information regarding important school dates. In this section you can find, for example, the dates of the teaching part of the semester, enrolment in the semester, consultation and substitute weeks, exam periods, state exams, etc. (see: IS NU — Student Portal — Academic Year Schedule).

The valid timetable can be found in IS in the Student Portal — Personal timetable section, including any substitutions or changes. Classes are always held according to the timetable. Classes start at 8:00, 9:40, 11:20, 13:30, 15:10, 16:50, and 18:30. 

Classes in the combined form of study will be held according to previously published dates. The valid timetable can be found in IS in the Student Portal — Personal timetable section, including any substitutions or changes. In addition, lecture recordings are available to combined study students.

You can find the contacts of the teachers in the IS, if necessary you can arrange an individual consultation with them.

Teaching materials are available in the IS in the Documents section. The scripts can be purchased at the reception desk or in the library of NEWTON University in Prague, Brno and Bratislava or in digital form at NEWTON Universe.
