First year

In the first semester, you will take courses such as Psychology for Managers, Marketing, Business Administration, Microeconomics, Business English, and Global Communication Skills.

In the second semester, you will be introduced to subjects like Macroeconomics, Mathematics and Statistics, Management, Business Administration 2, and Political and Cultural Aspects of Global Business.

Throughout the year

  • You will get accustomed to the university study system – semesters, teaching weeks, and exam periods

  • You will integrate into the student community through orientation week, parties, and sporting events

  • You will gain initial professional experience through internships, accumulating at least 480 hours over three years, giving you a significant advantage over your peers

Second year

In the second year, you will focus primarily on management-related courses. You will take subjects such as Human Resources Management, Basics of Accounting, International and Area Studies, Academic Writing, Project Management, Basics of Social Psychology for Managers, Law for Managers, and more. You will also choose one elective course from the current offering.

Throughout the year

  • You will study professionally-oriented courses and have the opportunity to participate in numerous professional and social events, guest lectures, and discussion meetings

  • You will be able to undertake professional internships, gaining practical experience in your specialisation

  • You may spend one or more semesters at a partner foreign university through the Erasmus program

Third year

In the third year, you will deepen your managerial skills in courses such as Crisis Management, Ethical Aspects of Business, Management and Marketing, and Communication and Presentation Skills. You will also complete a bachelor’s seminar and work on your bachelor’s thesis throughout the year. You will conclude your studies with the defense of your thesis and the state final exam.

Throughout the year

  • You will have the opportunity to study one profession-focused elective course from the current offering

  • You will work on your bachelor’s thesis according to your chosen topic

  • We will reduce your academic workload to give you time to focus on writing your bachelor’s thesis and preparing for the state final exam
