The Czech Association of Managers brings together leaders, entrepreneurs, and experts across various fields. It supports the exchange of experiences between generations and modern approaches in management. It continues the tradition of first-republic associations, whose members included Tomáš Baťa. NEWTON participates in the Manager of the Year conference and other professional activities.

Ice hockey coach and mental coach who worked for over 10 years with Czech hockey legend Jaromír Jágr. However, his expertise is not limited to the world of sports – he also works in the business world. He collaborates with entrepreneurs and managers, offering coaching and leading workshops tailored to their needs.

Guarantor of the professional programme MSc. Mental Coaching in Sport and Business
His mission is to bridge the worlds of education and business. He focuses on the personal and professional development of individuals who aspire to run their own businesses or work in senior management positions. He has held leadership roles at several universities and serves on expert and scientific boards both in the Czech Republic and abroad.

Marketing Festival
We are proud partners of the Marketing Festival 2024 and 2025. Lectures, discussions and student workshops achieved a 99% satisfaction rate. The workshops were also led by our lecturer Karel Novotný and, in 2024, by our graduate Martina Urbanová.
