Guest Speake | Adjunct Professor | Programme Director, INSEAD Summer School
We are delighted to welcome Professor Adrian Johnson back to Oxford for the third time this year to lead another exclusive workshop for students from Newton University, Prague.
Professor Johnson is an Adjunct Professor at INSEAD and Programme Director of the INSEAD Summer School. He teaches MBA and Executive MBA programmes in Fontainebleau and Singapore, as well as executive education for senior leaders. His expertise includes digital transformation, innovation, change management, and business model creation, bringing a wealth of international experience to the classroom.
During the programme, Professor Johnson will lead a workshop titled “Leadership in the Age of AI,” exploring how artificial intelligence is transforming leadership, decision-making, and organisational strategy. Students will gain practical insights into leading effectively in an AI-driven business environment.

Guest Speaker | Behavioural Scientist | PhD Candidate, London School of Economics
Joining our Oxford programme for the first time this year is Alexandra Kirienko, a behavioural scientist and PhD candidate at the London School of Economics.
Alexandra specialises in workplace resilience, wellbeing, and performance. A former investment banker, she combines academic research with real-world business experience to help organisations build healthier, more resilient, and higher-performing workplaces.
During the programme, Alexandra will lead a workshop titled “Resilience and Wellbeing Under Uncertainty: From Personal Diagnostic to Organisational Strategy.” The session will provide students with practical, evidence-based insights into building resilience, enhancing wellbeing, and navigating uncertainty at both an individual and organisational level.
We look forward to the valuable insights she will share with Newton University students on resilience, wellbeing, and performance in today’s demanding professional environment.
