NEWTON Smart Life, Smart Business, and Smart Education Conference

The EAI x NEWTON Smart Summit 2027 explores how business, education, cities, and society are being transformed by smart technologies, AI, IoT, mobility systems, sustainability imperatives, and new expectations of human-centred leadership.

The central focus of the summit is Business & Management Transformation: how organisations redesign strategy, leadership, operations, culture, value creation, and learning systems in order to remain resilient, responsible, and competitive in an increasingly complex world. Transformation is understood not only as technological adoption, but as a broader organisational and societal process involving people, institutions, capabilities, governance, ethics, and long-term strategic change.

The summit brings together researchers, entrepreneurs, educators, policymakers, and practitioners to examine how organisations and institutions can lead transformation in smart, sustainable, and AI-augmented environments. It addresses the role of visionary leadership, adaptive strategy, organisational resilience, responsible innovation, and evidence-based decision-making in shaping the future of business, education, and urban life.

By connecting the human, technological, managerial, and educational dimensions of the smart future, the summit creates a platform for research and dialogue on AI-augmented mobility, IoT-enabled systems, smart business models, digital and green transformation, and adaptive learning ecosystems. Its ambition is to support more resilient, inclusive, and regenerative societies, where transformation is not treated as a one-off response to disruption, but as a core capability of organisations, leaders, and institutions.
