doc. Ing. Monika Motyčková, Ph.D. specializes in general management, conflict resolution, effective communication and managerial decision-making. Her research also focuses on different approaches to management and its development. In her teaching, she connects knowledge of people and organizational management with practical principles that support effective communication, better decision-making and effective team functioning.
