Ing. Milan Lindner, Ph.D.

Academic staff member and Vice-Rector for Quality Management at NEWTON University. He also holds academic positions at the University of Economics in Prague and the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen. By training, he is an economist and completed his doctoral studies in the field of economic policy. He has more than 15 years of professional experience in consultancy, focusing on HR audits, the development of HR systems, and the education and development of human resources in both the private and public sectors. He also addresses these topics in his academic work, with a particular focus on public administration management and issues related to regional and territorial development. He is a co-author of several monographs and scholarly articles. Currently, he is involved in the management of the private NEWTON University, with responsibility for the accreditation of degree programmes.
