Jiří Vávra

Jirka is the founder of the boutique consultancy CoMojo, a business strategist and an expert in the psychology of change and leadership. In his work, he combines business expertise with creativity and a deep understanding of human behaviour. He helps leaders and their teams to gain support for new initiatives and turn strategies into reality. For six years, he led the strategy and innovation team at Deloitte NEXT, and as Creative Director at Etnetera Motion, he developed marketing and communication strategies for the market’s leading brands. He is also the creator of the ‘Leadership of Film Characters’ podcast, practises therapy under the Budedobre.cz banner, and is a proud member of the Red Button community. He has received several professional awards for his work.
