Bokayo Gutola is an AI Change Manager at Lenovo, where she focuses on AI adoption, enablement and digital transformation initiatives. She recently completed her PhD in Explainable Artificial Intelligence (XAI), focusing on the transparency, trustworthiness and responsible use of AI systems. Alongside her professional work, she is actively involved in the AI governance community and is a member of Women in AI Governance (WiAIG), a global network dedicated to advancing responsible AI practices and fostering collaboration across the field. She has experience working with international teams across technology and business transformation initiatives, supporting organisations in driving AI adoption while exploring the governance frameworks needed for responsible AI implementation. She speaks English, Swahili and Slovak.
