We’re in the best company
Quality Assurance
At NEWTON University, our commitment to quality assurance goes beyond compliance with industry standards. We believe in fostering an environment where innovation, sustainability, and responsible leadership are at the core of everything we do.
The Business Graduates Association (BGA), which is part of AMBA, is an international organisation based in London that brings together the world’s leading business schools with high potential. Its roots go back to its founding in 1967. The 250 schools that are members of the BGA share a commitment to responsible management practices, lifelong learning and delivering positive stakeholder impact. The BGA also aims to ensure that business schools innovate and go beyond conventional ways of teaching.
The BGA’s sister brand, the Association of MBAs (AMBA), is the leading impartial authority on MBA education, specifically offering MBA portfolio accreditation for leading business schools. Today, the AMBA & BGA network includes more than 460 international business schools.
AACSB International is a global non-profit association that brings educators, students and businesses together to achieve a common goal: to create the next generation of great leaders. It accredits the best business schools in the world.
Synonymous with the highest standards of excellence since 1916, AACSB provides business education information and training and development services to more than 1,900 member organisations and more than 1,000 accredited business schools worldwide. AACSB’s accreditation processes are certified to ISO 9001:2015.
When educational, professional and business organisations become members of the AACSB Business Education Alliance, they join the movement to improve the quality of business education worldwide. AACSB connects, shares and inspires innovation and quality within the member network and the business community. The collective strength of the organisation is based on a global mindset and a commitment to making a difference.
The global organisation has offices in Tampa, Florida, USA, Amsterdam, the Netherlands, and Singapore.
Memberships of National associations
The Czech Association of MBA Schools has been active in the country since 1998. It is an interest association of legal entities that aims to promote the quality of MBA study programmes.
It contributes to the development of this globally recognised form of lifelong learning in the Czech Republic. Currently, CAMBAS members are public and private universities and educational institutions, but the association is also open to other entities.
The main activity of the association is the accreditation of MBA study programmes according to internationally recognised standards.
CAMBAS is a member of EQUAL, a global association of major accreditation agencies active in the field of management degree programmes. NEWTON University is an active member of the association. For example, we participate in the annual online conference, for which we provide technical support.
PIMCO Conference
The PIMCO Conference was first held in 1924 under the patronage of President T. G. Masaryk, with that year’s session chaired by then U.S. Secretary of Commerce and future President Herbert C. Hoover. The central theme of the 1924 conference was “Modern Trends in Corporate Governance.” Given the continuous evolution of these trends, this year’s conference will focus on the future of artificial intelligence and is titled “Opportunities and Threats of Artificial Intelligence.” Today’s world faces challenges related to the transformation of society, industry, and the business environment. The Czech Republic, along with its academic and business communities, is prepared to actively respond to these changes and affirm its role on the global stage. The conference will therefore offer a discussion on the impact of artificial intelligence on organisational management and analyse its implications for society, ethics, and policy. This year, the PIMCO Conference will be held under the patronage of the President of the Czech Republic, Petr Pavel.
The PIMCO Conference is organised in collaboration with the Czech Management Association (ČMA), the Czech Technical University (ČVUT), and Dr. Jana Eyšlinková, CSc.
