Imagine a holiday in Spain where you can confidently communicate with locals, order tapas and join in the conversation. Spanish course Brno - A1+ / A2 will help you gain greater confidence in everyday communication.

Over 12 lessons, you will expand your vocabulary, practise grammar and, most importantly, get plenty of opportunities to actually use Spanish. You will learn to talk about everyday life, studies, work, free time and your plans, and handle simple conversations with greater fluency.

You can look forward to conversations, role-plays, pair and group work, as well as situations inspired by real life in Spanish-speaking countries.

The course is ideal for those who already have a basic knowledge of Spanish and want to build on it and use it more confidently in real-life situations.

The course focuses primarily on spoken Spanish and its use in real-life situations. You will expand your vocabulary, reinforce your basic grammar and gradually move on to the past tense. You will also practise pronunciation, intonation and more fluent expression.

What can you look forward to?

  • conversations and practical dialogues based on everyday situations,
  • practising Spanish pronunciation, rhythm, intonation and more fluent expression,
  • grammar in practical contexts, including the present and basic past tenses, comparisons and common verb structures,
  • vocabulary related to everyday life, studies, work, travel and free time,
  • topics such as shopping, services, common problems, opinions, preferences, experiences and plans,
  • role-plays, guided discussions and pair or small-group work,
  • situations inspired by real-life communication in Spanish-speaking countries,
  • basic cultural insights, customs and differences in communication.

The course is led by Juan Carlos Alba, an experienced Spanish language instructor with more than 15 years of teaching experience. He holds degrees in Hispanic Philology and Linguistics, has taught at Masaryk University and other educational institutions, and is a certified DELE examiner. His fluent Czech allows him to adapt the lessons effectively to Czech-speaking students.
