The TEAMCRAFT project responds to the need to better prepare Generation Z university students for a rapidly changing professional and social environment, where adaptability, teamwork, communication and leadership are becoming increasingly important alongside professional knowledge. The project aims to develop a common framework and methodology for the assessment and development of social competences, linked to a digital assessment tool and a practical five-day bootcamp.

Objectives of the Project Work Packages

WP1 – Project Management

This work package ensures the overall management and coordination of the project. It focuses on the continuous monitoring of project activities, quality and risk management, financial monitoring and coordination of cooperation among the partners. It includes regular project meetings, joint planning, reporting and monitoring of task implementation to ensure high-quality project outputs and the smooth implementation of the project as a whole.

WP2 – Methodology and Digital Assessment Tools

The aim of this work package is to develop a common competence and assessment framework for social competences and translate it into a practical methodology. This will include a standardised assessment protocol, scoring rules and guidance for assessors. Selected assessment tools will also be transferred into a user-friendly digital environment enabling GDPR-compliant administration, structured data collection, basic reporting and the monitoring of changes over time.

WP3 – Pilot Bootcamps

This work package will put the developed methodology into practice through a five-day face-to-face bootcamp based on team challenges, practical situations, reflection and structured feedback. It will also include training for assessors and the alignment of assessment processes. A joint international pilot bootcamp will provide an opportunity to test both the methodology and the digital tools in a real-life setting and to evaluate their contribution to the development of students’ social competences through pre- and post-assessment.

WP4 – Dissemination, Exploitation and Sustainability

This work package ensures the communication of project results, stakeholder engagement and their long-term exploitation. Activities will include the project website, a communication and dissemination plan, social media, newsletters and other communication activities. The project will also involve higher education institutions, employers and other relevant stakeholders in validating the results and will prepare a practical package supporting the implementation and further use of TEAMCRAFT beyond the project consortium.
