A European project aiming, over four years, to support the development of skills in the chemical industry for the green transition, digitalisation and the circular economy. The project connects companies, schools and associations, identifies skill needs and prepares specific learning opportunities for different levels – from secondary schools to lifelong learning.
The Chance project (Midlife Career Chance/Change – Life Long Learning) responds to the need to support people aged 50+ in career change and entrepreneurship through an open online course (MOOC). The aim is to create a multilingual, practice-oriented course, based on research into the needs of the target group, continuously adapted according to feedback, and offering a micro-credential upon completion as proof of competences.
The TRIREME project – Digital & Green Skills Towards the Future of the Mobility Ecosystem – responds to the fundamental changes shaping the European mobility sector in the era of digital and green transformation. The interconnection of the automotive industry, digital technologies and logistics services creates a complex and dynamic ecosystem that requires new approaches in education.
The project aims to improve the quality of education, enhance the professional competencies of both academic and non-academic staff, support student academic success, and modernize the institution’s strategic management. Another key objective of the project is to increase the internationalization of the educational process, expand the range of courses taught in English, and foster closer cooperation with foreign institutions.
Projekt TWIN-TEX reaguje na potřebu modernizovat vysokoškolské vzdělávání v oblasti textilu v zemích západního Balkánu a lépe jej propojit se zelenou a digitální transformací evropského průmyslu. Cílem projektu je vytvořit a zavést společný inovativní kurz zaměřený na cirkulární ekonomiku, udržitelné textilní systémy a digitální výrobní technologie.
The PRE-PALM project responds to the transformation of today’s business environment, where sustainability is becoming increasingly embedded in corporate strategies, marketing and organisational leadership. Organisations therefore need professionals who can combine sustainability principles with responsible marketing, strategic decision-making and the ability to lead change in international and multicultural environments.
The TEAMCRAFT project responds to the need to better prepare Generation Z university students for a rapidly changing professional and social environment, where adaptability, teamwork, communication and leadership are becoming increasingly important alongside professional knowledge. The project aims to develop a common framework and methodology for the assessment and development of social competences, linked to a digital assessment tool and a practical five-day bootcamp.
The FREYA project responds to the rapidly growing use of artificial intelligence in sales, purchasing and other business processes, as well as to the need to prepare students not only to use these technologies, but also to make responsible decisions about their application. The project aims to develop and validate a common Ethical Tensions Framework addressing ethical dilemmas associated with the use of AI and to translate it into practical teaching modules, case studies and assessment tools.
